At Melrose Health, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange window for all unworn apparel with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Melrose Health designer tags and hygienic liners remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
